FAQ
When can I expect delivery for Christmas packages? Right now, were anticipating the week of November 1st thru November 30th. But we are flexible because we know the Christmas season displays have fewer weeks to been seen and enjoyed.
How about tear down and clean-up for fall and Christmas? We are very flexible and will schedule that during your set-up day. Also, we donate all the pumpkins to a local farm to help feed animals. We reuse and recycle ALL of the containers, pots, greenery, lanterns, & lights.
What about hidden fees like I see other companies charge? NO hidden fees! Design, delivery, set-up, & clean-up is ALL included! If you want to add on anything more, we cost them out before we deliver and set-up.
Can we just delivery your packages and let you set it up? YES! We will discount your packages accordingly and we would love to show off your designs on our website and IG pages!
